2. Return Eligibility

Returns are eligible for return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and invoices are included.

  • The item has not been customized, altered, or used.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery receipt by contacting our customer support team.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized home decor items

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Products damaged after improper handling or installation after delivery

  • Used or altered products


4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund as deemed necessary

Failure to report within the specified time may result in rejection of the claim.
